Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
For customers located within the European Union, you additionally have the statutory 14‑day cooling‑off right in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non‑returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom‑made or personalized goods. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Room 103, Building A, Hongtao Technology Building, Dalang Subdistrict Office, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide pre‑paid return shipping labels.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days after delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, attaching photos of product and package so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to complete a return for your original item, and place a new separate order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember banks or card issuers may need extra time to process the refund.
