1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country or region to place orders. By making a purchase, you confirm you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2. Products & Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product photos, descriptions and pricing. Slight color differences may appear due to different screen displays, which do not count as product defects.
Product specifications, descriptions and prices may be revised without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Acceptance
When you submit an order, you are submitting a purchase offer. MESAY reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasonable reasons, including inventory shortages, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Your contract is only confirmed when we send you an order‑confirmation email. We require full payment before processing your order.
After order confirmation, cancellation may not always be possible. Please contact customer service at mesay@mesaytc.com as soon as possible if you need order adjustments.
All purchases are for personal end‑user consumption only; resale for commercial purposes is not permitted.
4. Pricing and Payment
All displayed prices are in USD. Website prices do not include import duties, customs fees, sales tax or shipping costs unless explicitly marked free shipping.
Import duties for United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Spain are the buyer’s responsibility.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and payment information. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all items in your order. We use third‑party payment processors; we do not store your full credit‑card data.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We only ship goods to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Spain. We do not deliver to other territories.
Processing time: 1‑2 business days. Standard shipping transit time: 7‑14 business days. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be fully guaranteed.
Risk of loss for goods transfers to you once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier. Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns, Refunds
