Shipping Policy

We only ship orders to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain.
We do NOT deliver to any other countries or regions.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1‑2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery
We provide standard shipping service. Estimated transit time is 7‑14 business days from the date of shipment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number to monitor your parcel status.

Customs Duties & Import Fees
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may apply to shipments delivered to European Union countries and Canada. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for any customs‑related costs or delays.

Shipping Limitation
We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
