Shipping Policy

We currently only ship orders to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain.
We do NOT deliver to any other countries or regions.

Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1‑2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Cost
We offer standard free shipping for all orders shipped to our supported countries. No additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Estimated Transit Time
Standard shipping transit time is 7‑14 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
Please note that actual delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local logistics or unexpected circumstances, which are beyond our control.

Import Duties & Customs Fees
For orders delivered to EU member countries and Canada, import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees may apply. These additional charges are the full responsibility of the buyer. We cannot cover or pre‑pay any import‑related costs.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking number and tracking link, so you can monitor your shipment online.

Lost or Damaged Shipment
If your package is lost or arrives damaged upon receipt, please contact us at mesay@mesaytc.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of outer package and goods for further assistance.
